Product

From the first order to the bank deposit.

One record of each delivery, carried from dispatch through the truck, the driver's phone and the invoice. Nothing re-keyed.

Dispatch

One screen to dispatch. Live for everyone.

Create a dispatch with customer, site, product and litres; the agreement prices it as you type. The board updates for every dispatcher and driver the moment anything changes.

  • Routes you reorder from the keyboard, drawn on a map.
  • A planner that sequences loads first, then stops.
  • Standing orders that create their own dispatches on schedule.

Driver app

A driver's day on one phone screen.

My day lists the route in order, with site hazards and access notes before they pull in. Completion captures the meter reading, a signature and photos. Location sharing puts the truck on the dispatcher's map.

Pricing agreements

Price every drop from the agreement, not from memory.

Agreements per customer and product: rack, list, fixed or market basis, cents-per-litre adjustments, discounts, and minimum-drop delivery fees. Rack prices import on a schedule from Kalibrate and Petro-Canada.

Compartments and meters

Know what's on the truck, by compartment.

Plan a load per compartment, record what each one drew, and carry retains into the next load. Metered deliveries get a meter ticket with gross and net volume per product.

Invoicing and tax

From completed dispatch to invoice, with the tax already right.

Issue invoices from completed dispatches; issued lines are frozen. GST, HST, QST and provincial fuel tax, US federal and state, clear versus marked fuel and customer exemptions ship as defaults.

  • Export QuickBooks Online or Xero CSV, or push straight to QuickBooks Online.
  • Invoice numbers your accountant can follow.

Customer portal

Customers watch their own deliveries.

Fewer calls asking where the truck is. Pricing and notes stay hidden unless you turn them on.

Email-code sign-in

No passwords to hand out or reset.

Their sites only

A contact sees the locations you give them, nothing else.

Live status

Scheduled, on the way, delivered. Tickets when they're done.

Setup and control

Set it up the way the branch works.

Custom roles

Permission bundles you define, so a dispatcher, a driver and the bookkeeper each see their own job.

Multiple branches

Each branch has its own trucks, customers, numbering and prices. Switch between them in one click.

Module switches

Invoicing, the portal and each integration are switches. Off until you need them.

Full audit log

Who changed what, when. Every edit on every record.

Import and export

CSV and XLSX for customers, sites, assets and products, with a dry-run preview before anything is written.

Email invites

Add a person by email. They sign in and land in the right role.
