Questions
- Is there a minimum?
- One branch and one user. A single-truck operation pays for exactly that.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who signs in: dispatchers, drivers, admins, bookkeepers. Portal contacts at your customers are not users and are not charged.
- What happens when I add a branch mid-month?
- The invoice prorates from the day you add it. Removing one works the same way.
- Do integrations cost extra?
- No. TankTroniks, Kalibrate, Petro-Canada and QuickBooks Online are switches on the organization. You bring your own accounts with those providers.
